Small Soldiers was officially announced on March 6th 1998 by ToysRLife on the agvtg-c newsgroup. It even made it into the gcpp catalog. The title was declared DOA as of September 18th 1998 by TigerGCom during TigerChat IV. Small Soldiers looked to be a side-scroller, much like B&R and JP2.
