As of March 1999, the COMPENDIUM is officially retired. Nothing significant has occurred in the world of game.com since late 1998, so unofficially the site has been dead ever since. If the Com makes a miraculous comeback there is a slim chance this page will once again be maintained. All the information contained within this site will remain in place, perhaps outdated but still valid in and of itself (the review section, for example, doesn't require updates to be relevant).
