The target of this power experiences
a burst of extreme happiness and joy. Even the most hatred of
creatures are instantly reduced to a state of complacent well-being,
making combat unlikely for the target. Problems and worries are
temporarily forgotten, or at least seen in the light of "everything
will work out!"
Affected creatures gain a +4 bonus
to reaction rolls, being rather friendly and non-threatening.
Usage of the power against targets under a berserker rage negates
both effects. Targets will enter combat only in the most threatening
of situations.
