By means of this power, the psionicist can produce a powerful bioelectric field within himself. This charge is released by touch, but will only discharge as per the psionicist's will. Each charge does 1d8 hit points of damage, as well as stunning the victim for 1d3 rounds. By maintaining the power, the psionicist can recharge the bioelectric field in 1d4 rounds.

Also, the psionicist becomes very sensitive to the presence of even the weakest of electrical or magnetic fields. Most biological creatures emit a faint electrical field, and this power allows the psionicist to detect this field from up to 10 feet away. The psionicist can, of course, detect the presence of stronger fields (electrical booby traps, etc.)

Power Score:	The damage increases to 1d12 per charge, stun for 1d4 rounds
20:	The damage decreases to 1d6 per charge, stun for 1d2 rounds.
