A psionicist with this power can make objects translucent. When subjected to this
power, the targeted object, item, or creature allows light to pass thru. The psionicist
controls the degree of translucency, from merely opaque to absolute transparency
(essentially invisible). This molecular tinkering has no other effect upon the
target material's physical properties and functions.
